1. How long in advance do we need to book you?
It is best to book as soon as you have booked your ceremony date to avoid being disappointed.
Most wedding photography bookings are taken between 6 months and 2 years in advance and our main weddings take place between March and mid November.
The busiest months are May, June, August and September which tend to get booked very quickly. However, we do take last minute bookings throughout the year.
2. Making your booking
Contact us via e-mail or telephone to check your date is still available.

We only book one wedding in a day, so if you will not know the time of your ceremony until you arrive in Cyprus you can still book your photography.

Your booking is provisional until we receive your deposit and completed booking form.
3. When do we pay you?
Your non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of your booking. This can either be paid by PayPal via this website (we will send you a reference number to use once we have received your booking form) or you can pay by credit card/bank debit card and we can send you our authorisation form.
Your deposit retains your date in our diary and ensures we do not take on another wedding on your day. The deposit is deducted from your final balance which is due here in Cyprus.
The final balance can be paid either in cash (Euros) or by credit/debit card. Please note there is a 3% charge for all balances paid by credit/bank debit card here in Cyprus.
Or you can pay by bank transfer before your arrival in Cyprus.
Your package always remains flexible and can be changed.
4. Sending you a confirmation
Once we have received your completed booking form and processed your deposit and entered all your details in our diary we will e-mail you back a confirmation. You are free to keep in touch and ask any questions as often as you like leading up to your wedding day.
5. Pre-wedding Consultation in Cyprus
Approximately 3 – 4 weeks before your wedding day we will e-mail you with a suggested date/s for our pre-wedding consultation (Paphos/Limassol region) We usually meet our bridal couples at their accommodation or a location convenient to both you and us.
6. What happens when we arrive in Cyprus?
Once you arrive in Cyprus and have settled in we ask you to telephone us (or we will telephone you) to confirm our pre-wedding meeting time and date.
7. Photographing your ‘Special Day’
We arrive approximately 30 minutes (or earlier if you have booked pre-wedding photos) before your ceremony to set up at your venue and stay for the time you have booked us.
8. What happens after your wedding day?
Following photographing your wedding day, you can just leave everything to us!
We arrange delivery to you of your photography package either before your departure from Cyprus where possible, or we will arrange your package to be shipped to your home, leaving you to enjoy your time in Cyprus.
